Thanks for the nice comment. This has proven to be one of my more enjoyable videos from a comment perspective. Thanks for the sub too. I returned the favor and hope to eventually get around to viewing a lot of your nature vids.

Ya I *know*. The parent birds should tell the young ones about how they used to have to fly though blinding snowstorms for a mere grain of birdseed:) Darn unappreciative youth!!!

I’ve never seen such scenes. Really interesting. But the guy in the middle should talk more to get some more food.

Blinkie–did you see where that hummingbird went 3000 miles and nearly froze to death??

I must have missed that one. And yikes that reminds me, I’ve got a year ond hummingbird video I need to edit.

I noticed the birds when I was walking laps of my yard and set up a tripod and continued walking. Surprisingly enough they never got spooked by me.

This reminds me of long forgotten spring and summer days out in the country when a boy could look up and wonder about the world. There was always a bird or two to accompany these moments with a song. The boy has long since left the country, but I am sure the song is still the same.

It’s been a long cold winter. Hopefully the song is still the same and the birds haven’t frozen!

This is great, Blinkazoid. Man, when these birds want food, they sure as heck let others know!

Hi, Blinky…..I just subscribed to your channel and I have enjoyed many of your videos already…..this video is great…..we had barn sparrows in our carport a couple of years ago and they were amazing to watch day to day……this was probably a day or two after they fledged (left the nest), that’s why parents were still feeding them…..they return to the nest for a night or two after fledging and then leave for good.

Thanks for the sub Beth! I’m glad you liked the video. Hopefully I’ll get another chance to film a new crop of fledglings again this year!
